  My Computer is going really slow.....

Oh so many answers, but usually one that is pertinent. Clearing out old unnecessary files is something a lot of people don't know about, or are unsure of how to go about it.

Download or Open the following Acrobat file for instructions on how to go about clearing all those files you don't need or perhaps even know are there and slowing down your machine.

Keep in mind that just going into Internet Explorer and telling it to clear files and cookies, is only a part of the solution. This process clears a lot more than you think.

Do a restart of the pc after running this solution, see how it is going, and if it's no better, you should look at the FAQ on Defrag.
